In "A New Earth", Eckhart Tolle presents powerful ideas about our state of consciousness.  We open ourselves to the transformative power of this spiritual manifesto.  During this 4 week class we uplift and encourage each other in our journey. Topics for Discussion: Flowering of Human Consciousness, The Ego, The Pain Body, Breaking Free, Finding Who You Truly Are, Discovering Inner Space, Awakening to Inner Purpose. And of course, we answer the question, "What do we really mean as we envision A New Earth?'

Compassionate Communication Practice Group Mondays 10:30 am to 12:30pm Discover the lost language of humankind, the language of people who care about one another and long to live in harmony.  These sessions are based on the work of Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg.  Learn to stop playing the blame and shame game.  Instead discover how you can create win-win situations for everyone in your world. We go deep to explore the feelings and needs that can lead to delightful connections with those people in our lives that mean so much to us.

We will practice using Non-Violent Communication techniques, to become empowered to listen and speak in a whole new way.      • Learn to express your truth without playing the “blame or shame game.”    • Find the secrets that allow loving exchanges to flourish in your cherished relationships.    • Discover you are less prone to anger when faced with those situations that push your buttons.    • Experience deep joy as you dialog in a genuine authentic conversation with others.    • Become skilled at applying emergency self-empathy to your heart when in pain.    • Resolve disputes peacefully, creating win-win solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved.
